  1. Páni, ty jídla vypadají naprosto dokonale! Hned mám díky tobě tip na zítřejší oběd (viz. první fotka). 😀 Skvělý článek, já sice vegan nejsem, ale tato strava mi chutná a maso se snažím omezovat. :))

  2. Interesting read. I am not vegan neither vegetarian …just yet! And I know in a very near future I will become vegetarian. I might not be vegetarian but most of my meat consumption, dairy and eggs comes from Organic or Free range local farms which mean animals are treated nicely and supervised to make sure they actually are. Also I support local farms a lot as all our vegetables are either way home grown or organic from local farms using no pesticide or plastic also we stopped eating avocado or exotic fruits and non seasonal vegs/ fruits to avoid carbon foot print same with palm oil. Right now I am going through a diet and health issue (diabetic etc) and stopping eating meat right now have not been recommended but as I said as soon as my health improve and my weight (already improved a lot lately) we are going meat free .

  3. I don’t even know how I ended up here, but I
thought this post was good. I do not know who you are but certainly
you’re going to a famous blogger if you aren’t already
    😉 Cheers!

  4. I am starting slowly with days of 0 meat. I agree with you when talking about animal abuse in the name of consumption. I want to educate myself very well before jumping to veganism 100%. I have seen both sides of the coin and I definitely don’t want health issues. Where I live is almost impossible to find vegan variety since the markets sells only food that have high demand. And if you find vegan options they are super expensive. This is a slow but steady walk for me. Hope my family supports me and decide to see the good on it.
